Crashes in Southeast Side neighborhood still prevalent as city plans to install speed bumps

KSAT first reported on the constant crashes in a Southeast side neighborhood back in February when neighbors were trying to get the city’s attention with no luck. Public Works did respond to KSAT and is now installing speed bumps.
