San Antonio THC retailers relieved as Gov. Abbott vetoes ban, urges regulation instead

San Antonio smoke shops and THC retailers sighed in relief Monday after Gov. Greg Abbott vetoed a proposal to ban THC and most other consumable hemp products in Texas.
