Death toll rises to 43 people after devastating Hill Country floods, authorities say

In a Saturday evening news conference, Kerr County Sheriff Larry Leitha said 43 people were killed after the devastating Hill Country floods. From those who died, 15 are children. Twelve adults and five children have not been identified.
