Gov. Abbott signs disaster declaration for 15 counties including Comal, Kendall and Kerr

Texas Gov. Greg Abbott signed a disaster declaration during a Friday night press conference for the following counties: Bandera, Coke, Comal, Concho, Gillespie, Kendall, Kerr, Kimble, Llano, Mason, McCulloch, Menard, Reeves, San Saba and Tom Green. Additional counties may be added at a later date.
