Lt. Gov. Dan Patrick gives update in deadly Texas Hill Country floods

At least 13 people are dead and several others remain unaccounted for in Kerr County following flooding on the Guadalupe River early Friday, the start of a busy Fourth of July weekend in the Texas Hill Country.
