FULL PRESS CONFERENCE: Kerr County officials provide update to reporters on flooding rescue efforts

As of 8 a.m. on Tuesday, at least 87 people, including 30 children, have died after flooding in Kerr County, Sheriff Larry Leitha said on Tuesday.
