RECAP: 87 dead, including 30 children, after flooding in Kerr County, sheriff says

As of 8 a.m. on Tuesday, at least 87 people, including 30 children, have died after flooding in Kerr County, Sheriff Larry Leitha said on Tuesday. Nineteen adults and seven children remain unidentified. Five Camp Mystic campers and one counselor remain missing, Leitha said.
