‘Ghost Deer’ investigation leads to 1,400 charges in 11 counties, Texas Parks and Wildlife says

The Texas Game Wardens have filed 1,400 charges across 11 counties across the state in the “Ghost Deer” investigation, according to the Texas Parks and Wildlife Department.
