Hemisfair businesses eager for proposed Spurs arena, but a public vote is first

The cluster of bar and restaurants at the Southwest corner of Hemisfair is a little over a quarter-mile walk from the proposed site of the arena, the former Institute of Texan Cultures building. Should the arena be built, they anticipate a bump in traffic and sales.
