Where’s the money going? New details about $40 million housing pledge for flood survivors

Last week, the Community Foundation of the Texas Hill Country announced $40 million of its donations would be going toward housing for the people whose homes were affected during the floods. Now, KSAT is finding out how that's being distributed.
