Mayor, District 10 councilman have heated exchange over mayor's media consultant contract

During a Thursday budget work session, San Antonio Mayor Gina Ortiz Jones and District 10 councilman Marc Whyte had a heated exchange regarding a media consultant contract. According to a KSAT Investigates story, the consultant contract is costing taxpayers $10,000 per month.
