WATCH: Bexar County Sheriff provides details on report of hot car death, says story is inconsistent
The Bexar County Sheriff’s Office is investigating the death of two children in west Bexar County. The mother of a 6-year-old boy and 3-year-old girl told the sheriff’s office her children died after being left in a hot car, just before 3:30 p.m. Saturday in the 7600 block of Chancery Gate. Sheriff Javier Salazar said there are some “inconsistencies” with the mother’s story, and that he is not prepared to say that it is exactly what happened.
