COPS/Metro: Spurs arena not the only option for county venue tax

The nonprofit organization COPS/Metro hosted a press conference on Thursday in opposition to Proposition B, which, if approved by Bexar County voters, would activate a venue tax to partially fund a new Spurs arena.
