Downtown workers, residents near Hemisfair react to Prop B approval

Proposition B, which sets in motion a $1.3 billion Spurs arena at Hemisfair, was approved by Bexar County voters on Tuesday. The day after the vote, KSAT's Patty Santos visited Hemisfair to gauge the perspective of workers and residents who will be at the foot of the new arena.
