Converse man arrested, accused of fatally shooting his brother, affidavit says

A man was arrested after allegedly shooting and killing his brother in Converse, according to an arrest affidavit obtained by KSAT. Darrin Rogers Jr., 36, faces one count of murder and a $250,000 bond, records show.
