New Bexar County center will be among first in state to support exploited senior citizens

Abuse and exploitation of senior citizens is rampant in Bexar County. Last year, Adult Protective Services confirmed almost 5,400 cases of elder abuse or neglect in the county. A local judge realized a permanent center was needed to address it.
